From the moment the pet enters our salon to the minute they are returned to their owners' arms, pets will be treated kindly and with respect. Understanding that not all pets enjoy being groomed, D'tails is set up for a pet's comfort and safety. With enough positive experiences, most pets can learn to enjoy the grooming process...or at the very least tolerate it.

Panda is living the dream of every lost or homeless dog. 9 years ago Panda was a stray dog running at large and her coat was one thick dirty mat covering her entire body. Eliese Holt saved her from getting run over and agreed to keep her over a holiday weekend until care could be arranged. Of course Panda never left and became family to Paul and Eliese Holt now living in Smith Center.
Panda is a delightful companion that adores people and likes the cats that visit their home with family. But neighborhood cats beware of Panda guarding her yard. Panda is a quiet dog in the house, only barking at the doorbell. She drops her quiet façade when asked to sing and she sings with gusto!
